Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.

To start a return, email us at support@firstgencosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@firstgencosmetics.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
